Well we can change the clock at each round. But sometimes you just need a fast start especially with the early rounds(obvious picks)

Second round we'll change the drafting format. You will PM your pick to me no matter where you are in the draft order. The first person can announce their own pick. The second person needs to PM me two players they want in case one is selected. The third person needs to PM me three players in case two are selected. That will go on until the 25th person if necessary. That will allow me to make the picks for people who are not online. We will use this for round 2 to see how it works out.

The draft clock will be used tomorrow to finish the first round. I posted times in the original post.

well it does in a sense that if you pick out of order, but someone before u wanted that player, they get it. it's just so we can do the draft faster
