Jeff Ulbrich!!!

Dude what the hell? I just saw this on Maiocco's Twitter and I'm kinda disappointed as I'm 100% sure Carroll only hired him to pick his brain to get the Niner's defensive schemes.

Is a traitor lol good for him though

Damn. Good for him.

He shouldn't have been hired as a 49er coach though. You need separation for a good number of years before establishing that coaching relationship with former teammates.

exactly. But if he gives them any inside tips to our defense or special teams I'm going for his head.

does he even remember he played for us? dudes had so many concussions he wont remember our playbook.

rofl special teams coach?

He was always a very good ST's player and with coaching you got to start somewhere. It's a good fit.

What about the fact that he has a connection to Dan Quinn ? And its also possible he reached out to others he had a connection to looking to break into either the college or pro's as an assistant who put in a good word for him with Carroll.

He is not a traitor, he is a man looking to remain a part of the game in some way and I wish him nothing but the best.
