Rookie Salary Cap...?

It looks like the NFL and NFLPA are trying to get something done for this years draft. The NFL is smart using the Vetern players cause to help their own agenda. I hope something does get done. I agree teams already in need of help are playing russian roulette by picking in the top 5.

this would be a good idea. Especially after last years issues with crabtree. Imagine if he had to sign a predetermined contract and was in TC on time.
