What's been going on in Washington is everything I had forewarned of around here (going back even 2 years ago when everybody was pining for him), the dude was fired from Denver for a reason. Shanny's nothing more than a burnt-out shell of a former championship HC, anymore (a crusty old a*****e who holds grudges).

I knew that wherever he'd go (after his hiatus) he'd take his dips**t son (Kyle) with him, who's a micro-managing/egomaniac a-hole who's just as bad at communicating with his players/other coaches as Jimmy Raye was (here in SF).

Let Roman walk. Hire Shanahan for OC. Nguyening!

As an offensive coordinator, I would fire Roman to hire Shanahan, right now.

As an OC I would take him in a heartbeat because we have the same scheme. This guy can make any RB look good, remember when he got Champ Bailey for Clinton Portis?
