Cowboys and Ware agree on extension

http://sports.espn.go.com/dallas/nfl/news/story?id=4596650

IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys are planning a late afternoon news conference Monday to announce the signing of outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware, according to a source.

Ware led the NFL with 20 sacks last season and is considered one of the top defensive players in the game. Playing with a stress fracture in his left foot, Ware had two sacks in Sunday's victory against Atlanta and has four for the season.
Man that story about him and his wife having trouble giving birth was real touching. Smart move draft them good sign them long term.

He is def. worth every penny... now for their sake let's hope he keeps up that production. Was he drafted by Parcells?

I still don't understand what it means. I suspect that there should be a comma in there somewhere...maybe a hyphen.

Lol... smart move, draft them good, sign them long term... Better?
No way Dumervil leaves Denver without resigning/franchise tag.

Suddenly Merriman is the best available 3-4 OLB. Rumor has it San Diego is done with him and won't negotiate. Out of all the 3-4 teams I could imagine Cleveland or San Francisco targeting Merriman.

The problem is you will overpay for an injured guy and Merriman is going to want a 1 year deal so he can get out of it and get a big contract when he is fully healthy.
He's a great player. I think he's worth it.

Give me Merriman with the roids. I'll take him
but without, no thanks
