Josh Johnson named Bucs starting QB

Leftwich dropped to third on the depth chart. I remember a good a number of people on this board that thought we should sign another QB, Leftwich was at the top of some people's lists..

I hope he does well I kind of wanted a shot at him. Then maybe we make another trade for a tampa bay qb

why not throw in Freeman its not like they are salvagin their season might as well....

Josh Johnson has looked good when given the opportunity to perform....He looked much better than Freeman in the pre-season. If he plays great then they will trade him if not here comes Freeman...it's a win win either way.

Josh Johnson, I love this kid! He's an Oakland Tech boy. He threw 43 TD's to 1 INT his senior year of college at USD. His coaches have said he is their best QB at reading defenses. Morris didn't even like this kid but had to hold onto him after his solid pre-season showing. I cannot wait to see him play more than 1 possession.
