ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Hasselbeck has a fractured rib and may not play against the Bears in week 3.
he looked bad when he went to the sideline. the staff was trying to hold him up as he crippled to the floor. Hope he's okay.

Yaknow, I want the guy to have a healthy happy life with a wonderful family and I wish him the best off the football field... But he is in our division and makes that team 100% better, so if he can miss a few weeks or be in pain all season making it harder for the Seahawks to win, I am all for it.

I don't feel bad for Hasselbeck one bit. If you're stupid enough to expose yourself to one of the most punishing hitters in the NFL you deserve what you get. It was a brave, yet incredibly idiotic move. He challenged Willis and lost miserably.
yes, lets celebrate a human being fracturing his ribs

No. I'm not happy he's in pain or suffering. But it's good they might lose. As messed up as that sounds ....

I don't like anyone to be hurt, but as a team standpoint this will help up

(I hope he's okay and gets better soon thought :( )

Let's not pity the fool. He's lucky Willis didn't f**k up his internal organs.

Dude, he makes millions of dollars to be in a little pain. I have had a fractured rib and it sucks, but cry me a river. It comes with the game and like I said, I wish him a happy life but he plays with the Seahawks and he is better for us OFF the field.

Any lower Willis would have popped a kidney.

Get well Matthew!
Thats a real bummer about Hasslbeck, but Wallace is a solid backup so I don't have much sympathy for the hawks as a team.
