It may numbers wise but that's about it. That scheme will inflate his rushing yards but he likely won't see the end zone that often.
Yayz for misleading threads!

Look at the crazy Seachickens camp!

Marcus Trufant-DB- Seahawks Aug. 19 - 8:52 pm et

Seahawks coach Jim Mora revealed Wednesday that LCB Marcus Trufant has an issue with disk in his back.

Mora classified Trufant as "out indefinitely." The 28-year-old, $50.2 million corner hasn't practiced since Seahawks training camp kicked off, and it's uncertain if he'll be ready for the season opener. If not, Seattle would likely roll with Josh Wilson and Ken Lucas as starters. That could get ugly.

Walter Jones-T- Seahawks Aug. 19 - 9:39 pm et

Seahawks LT Walter Jones underwent another knee surgery on Wednesday and is out indefinitely.

As good as Aaron Curry might be, GM Tim Ruskell took a massive, and arguably irresponsible risk by passing on Eugene Monroe at No. 4 overall in the draft. He's going to pay for it now. Jones, who's hardly practiced in camp and is also having back problems, almost certainly won't be ready to start the season. That means RT Sean Locklear will kick to the blind side, where he's a downgrade in pass protection. Stay away from Matt Hasselbeck.

It's looking more and more like one of the great ones is on his way out.

They lost a WR too. Right? Burleson? Errr hold on, I have google....

Burleson is out 2 days and counting with a bad hammy.

Cornerback Marcus Trufant however (Seattle's Nate Clements ) is on the PUP though with back problems.
trufant might miss the first 6 games of the season
and i think Curry is out with a groin pull.

That is a huge loss, Locklear moves to LT where he will be adequate at best and it opens a hole on the right side.

that combined with Hasselbeck's back issues and it could be a long season for them.

I said this a few days ago mark my words Hasselbeck will go down again this year and Seattle will be done. On the flip side look for them to draft a QB very early next year.
More good news for the Seahawks . . . . such a shame.

According to ESPN's Mike Sando, Seahawks OT Ray Willis is battling a knee issue.

Sando notes that Willis has been limping on the practice field and didn't play Saturday night. This is yet another big concern for the reeling Seahawks. With Walter Jones out indefinitely, Willis is being counted on to start the season at right tackle with Sean Locklear on Matt Hasselbeck's blind side.

And the kick in the teeth

Seahawks starting center Chris Spencer has an injured leg and will have more tests to determine how long he will be out. Seahawks coach Jim Mora called the injury "the most serious" of assorted bumps and bruises. Mora said Spencer will have an MRI on Sunday.
