T.O. worked him over with the gay accusations and Jeff was intimidated by TO. The offense for the most part lost all respect for Garcia cause he crumbled like a flower to Owens constant harrassement.

Because he was overpaid as it was for a duck throwing scraper, his cap # the following season was going to be HUGE for the era, and he overvalued his duck throwing value around the league so he refused to renegotiate.

because gar-she-a was a limp noodle armed, jump throwing ,under the influence driving, overpaid SCRUB. that year the whole team was dismantled. that year we even let chike okeafor go, a productive pass rusher for the tardinals. you gotta love john york.
