They still could go 1-15.

Q: If the Jake Delhomme situation continues to spiral out of control, what options do the Panthers really have this year or next year?

Drew in Asheville, N.C.

A: If the Delhomme situation spirals out of control, the Panthers must draft a quarterback next year. If it spirals out of control, the Panthers probably will be at the six-win level, which could get them a top-10 pick. In fact, even if they do make the playoffs, they should look to trade up in 2010 and grab one of the top quarterbacks. It's time.

uh, did they forget about our little trade?

its not a protected type pick right? Like they do in the NBA, if so that sucks

No matter where in the first round it is our pick... We should offer ours to them for Peppers now!

How great would it be if it ended up being the first or 2nd pick in the draft. We could have a do-over at the top spot.

And they could of had Joe Flacco, but they went and drafted a RB that they didn't need good job John Fox and Co.
I'm hoping for 4-12. It's a very real possibility.

Its been well documented that they have the hardest schedule in the NFL this season and after looking at it, the only games they should enter as favorites is the two vs divisional rival Tampa Bay, and at home to Miami, Washington and maybe Buffalo. Aside from that it really is hard to pick any games you would honestly really back them. Given that they do have some considerable talent and there are suprising results in the NFL each and every week I am going for a fairly low 6/7 wins, giving the Niners a decent draft pick.

damn they have a tough schedule, seeing them play the first two weeks I can really only see 2 wins unless there is a huge turn around. But delhome has been sucking and their back up is out for the season, so what are they going to go to, their 3rd?
we will have a top 5 pick, warn me 100% if I'm wrong
They have a legit shot against Tampa and maybe Washington.

2 wins against the Bucs. NO is already in the playoffs for the final game and they sit the starters. Carolina comes out with a W for the final home game.

3-13 is my prediction. Should be a top ten pick.

I sure hate saying it, but "Go Cowboys."
Dallas is going to be pissed after losing their home and stadium opener.
