Austin Corbett-OG-Nevada

Versatility makes Corbett a borderline Top 100 draft choice. Can't see him escaping the 4th round.

smh what an a*****le...can he do this in red and gold?
Extra sauce on that slab.

Liiiiiiiiiikkkeee!
bump

Hope he's sitting there in the 3rd.

This dude is on Shanahan's radar. Would be a great fit, especially when you consider his versatility to play inside and outside.
Corbett would make the guard situation a little less murky. So glad this class has so many good guards.

Yes, but if we select Nelson in the 1st like some say. It would completely negate the depth of this draft for us.

So therefore not selecting Nelson at 9?

Last year the CB position was considered somewhat deep - so Niners chose to wait to grab a prospect 3rd round.

Similar approach this year?

Just looking for trends w/ this regime and its nearly impossible after 1 year sample size.

So far we know they value high sparq scores - didn't recall hearing much of that in previous regimes.

In a perfect world we would wait

Yeah man and I'm fairly confident we get one that most of us like. So different than the Baalke era where I pretty much never liked any of the picks
Matt Miller on his podcast said he hears that teams love Corbett and will likely go in the top 40.
