49ers Optimistic Mock Offseason 2017 (trade heavy)

Obviously this is far fetched with all of the trades but it would stack the entire lineup.

GM: Wolf
HC: McDaniels
DC: Vrabel

Trade down from #2 to #6 with Jets, also get their 2nd round pick, 4th round pick and 2nd round pick next year.
Trade down from #6 to #12 with Browns for their 2nd round pick and 4th round pick this year.
Trade 2nd pick in 2nd round to NE for Jimmy Garrapolo.
Trade #38th and 2nd pick in 4th round and 4th round pick next year to Falcons for 27th pick.
Trade Torrey Smith and 4th round comp pick to Eagles for their 3rd round pick.
Trade 6.17, 7.1 and 7.2 to Bears for their 5th round pick and 6th round pick next year.

Draft Picks
1.12 Corey Davis WR Western Michigan (best WR in draft in my opinion)
1.27 Charles Harris OLB Missouri (stud pass rusher, would hate to see him end up in seattle)
2.1 Jarrad Davis ILB Florida (playmaker)
2.2 Jimmy Garrapolo trade
3.2 Jarron Jones DT Norte Dame (versatile, athletic)
3.15 James Washington WR Oklahoma St. (underrated, will move up draft boards)
4.1 Budda Baker SS Washington (his tape stands out)
4.6 Marlon Mack RB South Florida (will move up draft boards, home run hitter)
5.2 Ejuan Price OLB Pitt (short arms? Baalke gone)
5.3 Chad Hansen WR Cal (BPA, hard to pass up here)
5.18 Antonio Pipkin QB Tiffin (raw project, great athleticism and good arm)
6.2 Ben Boulware ILB Clemson (see national championship, guy is a football player and hopefully a ST ace)

UDFA: Tarik Cohen RB NC A&T

Cut: Bethea, Brooks, Kap
Saves around $28 million

Sign:
Bennie Logan DT - 3 years $19 million
Melvin Ingram OLB - 4 years $29 million
Kevin Zietler OG - 5 years $45 million
Martellius Bennett TE - 3 years $20million
DeSean Jackson WR - 2 years $15 million
Tim Hightower RB - 2 years $3 million
Leger Douzable DE - 2 years $3 million
Brian Hoyer QB - 2 years $8.5 million

Resign: McDonald, Armstrong, Ian Williams

Depth Chart
QB: Garrapolo, Hoyer, Pipkin*
RB: Hyde, Mack, Hightower, Draughn, Cohen*
TE: McDonald, Bennett, Bell

OLB: Ingram, Harris, Lynch, Carradine, Price
ILB: Bowman, Davis, Armstrong, Boulware

FS: Reid, Ward
SS: Tartt, Baker

I'd say the final roster spots are battles between Douzable/Dial, Rodgers/Hansen/Burbridge and Cohen/Hightower/Draughn. I'd hope for Pipkin, Cohen and Hansen to make it to IR for 2018. Competition is key! This would also leave them with plenty of cap room to make waves in free agency in 2018. Go Niners!!
The following is what I believe is best possible outcome year one of the McDaniels/Wolf regime. 80 million in cap room makes all this possible still leaving much for next year.

1/11 draft strategy

Round 1 trade back with Buffalo for 2nd +
5th or better next year for pick #10
Take ILB Reuben Foster or WR M. Williams

Round 2. Pick 34 take WR JuJu Smith-
Schuster if we got Foster in round 1; take
ILB Raekwon McMillan if we got Williams in
round 1

Round 2 Pick 44 take TE O.J Howard if still
there, if not take OT Garett Bolles or OG/C
Ethan Pocic

Round 3 Pick 66 take QB Pat Mahomes

Round 4 Pick 98 OG/C Tyler Orlosky

Round 5 Pick 124 S Josh Harvey-Clemons

Round 5 Compensatory QB Antonio Pipkin

Round 6 Pick 158 ILB Blaire Brown

Round 6 Compensatory NT Josh Augusta

Round 7 Pick 192 RB James Conner

Round 7 Compensatory DT Jake Replogle

1/11 free agency strategy

WR Tyrelle Pryor
NT Dontari Poe or Brandon Williams
OG Kevin Zeitler
OLB Dante Hightower or Melvin Ingram
CB A.J. Bouye
RB Fozzy Whittaker and DuJuan Harris
QB Retain Christian Ponder
^^^ not enough compensation from Buffalo to drop 8 slots
I agree with TampaBay9er, not even close
