My mock from draftwired

http://draftwired2.com:8888/apps/DraftWired

Trades:
(6, 38, 70) from NYJ for (2)
(41) from CAR for (66, 70)

Picks:
Rd 1 Pk 6 - Reuben Foster (ILB) Alabama
Rd 2 Pk 34 - Charles Harris (OLB 3/4) Missouri
Rd 2 Pk 38 - Jaleel Johnson (NT) Iowa
Rd 2 Pk 41 - Pat Mahomes (QB) Texas Tech
Rd 4 Pk 98 - Damore'ea Stringfellow (WR) Ole Miss
Rd 5 Pk 129 - Marlon Mack (RB) South Florida
Rd 6 Pk 161 - Antonio Garcia (OT) Troy
Rd 6 Pk 179 - Michael Roberts (TE) Toledo
Rd 7 Pk 191 - Austin Carr (WR) Northwestern
Rd 7 Pk 192 - Ethan Cooper (G) Indiana (PA)

3 day one starters on defense. I then traded up to 41, because I believe Mahomes can be the next Derek Carr. He will need at least a half a season or more before he's ready though
Hate going defense with 3 top 38 picks....foster why is good is a product of a amazing DL IMO. Like mahomes but I like Mitch and Watson much more. Wouldn't hate it wouldn't love it if it went down like this
Rd 1 Pk 2 - Reuben Foster (ILB) Alabama
Rd 2 Pk 34 - Courtland Sutton (WR) SMU
Rd 3 Pk 66 - Vita Vea (NT) Washington
Rd 4 Pk 98 - Jordan Willis (OLB 3/4) Kansas State
Rd 5 Pk 129 - Nathan Peterman (QB) Pittsburgh
Rd 6 Pk 161 - Kyle Fuller (C) Baylor
Rd 6 Pk 179 - Carlos Henderson (WR) Louisiana Tech
Rd 7 Pk 191 - Zach Banner (OT) Southern California
Rd 7 Pk 192 - Devonte Fields (OLB 3/4) Louisville

Well that's not even close to realistic man and why does everyone have a massive hardon for foster...I'd be a good ILB with that DL in front of me. Dude is untouched half the time and gets free shots on the RB.

he's even close to as good as Willis and Kuechly, those are the type of ILBs you draft that early.

I've watched the Tide 4 times and I've seen previous versions of them.Foster is vastly superior to Ragland for example (not even close). He's s far ahead of the next best LB in this draft it's not funny. Sure Alabama's D is always loaded, but careful scrutiny shows me that he's the real deal. Much safer pick than Trubisky. I'd say the only other player that I might consider (depending on combine) would be McKinley. Nice draft kingkong, Peterman is a real sleeper (maybe this year's Dak). That's a real stretch but....

also I absolutely wouldn't touch Watson till 2nd round. Anyone who would take him at 2 must be stoned.

i posted those top two picks as options earlier. But I went Pocic with the second 2nd round pick because we have no center worth a s**t.

Foster is almost never touched by a OL because of that massive DL. He's not fair and ahead better than any of the past ILBs to come out of Bama IMO. Who cares if he might be best ILB you'd better be better than Willis & Kuechly if you're going #2 (neither were drafted that high). He's not safer than anyone in this draft their all prospects.

Remember Aaron Curry? dude was supposed to be a ILB stud and the safest pick in the draft, Seattle took him at 4th overall...he played 5 yrs in the league and was a bust!

Watson wins game period.

Dude you drunk.
Foster is a beast and is gonna be tremendous on Sunday's.
Guarantee.
I am convinced the people clamoring for reuben foster only watch highlight videos and read ESPN insider columbs

he's a real beast alright....

a beast if you like ILB who have issues getting off blocks on the rare instance they aren't playing 100% clean due to multiple first-round supporting cast

a beast if you like ILB who put their head down and pray they run into the correct gap

a beast if you like reckless and out-of-control players who friendly fire

a beast if like a player with multiple concussions and knee problems, too.

I'm bored, so new mock draft!

Heres my Fanspeak draft. Garrett is an automatic W, and Foster in the 2nd is good value. Love the two Buckeye picks in the 3rd and 4th. Lacking a good QB, but the defense is set. Landed a couple of good pass catchers late in Zay Jones and Everett.
