No. I think Chip is probably interested in creating a culture of winning with a bunch of young guys who have not been a part of that in the NFL.

I'd like to think that throwing kap in is the beginning of the FO deciding to tank, but we all know they're not that thought out.

Baalke would trade down for several guys in mid-rounds who were great in high school but surgery kept them out of college ball.

Buckner certainly looked like he was becoming an impact player before his foot injury.
