Webb.
Kizer has bust all written across his forehead. The guy might have the prototypical physical attributes, but mentally he is all wrong and that is the most important stuff of being a great QB. Terrible decision-making and he panics. His throws aren't all that cracked up to be neither. He has a huge wind-up throwing mechanics plus he consistently underthrows with accuracy issues, not to mention bad ball placement as well.

I like Webb he is a true student of the game. He will do all the required work to be the best quarterback possible.

Why not signe Webb, and allow him to learn the system and then have him compete for the 3rd or the back up spot.. He's got some talent..

He's got a strong arm. That is about it. Lack of accuracy and processing speed makes him a poor fit for this offense in particular.
