So many intriguing prospects, wish the 49ers had like 8 picks in the 4th.

This is where that trade up for Garnett hurts them. Theyd have a shot at a good player with that early 4th.

The Rams basically gave up everything they had this year in order to move up and get a Franchise QB that they feel would bring them to the next level.. Baalke however, continues to play a Belichick wanna be and hope to land a Brady type of player..
Would you stop. The anti Trent stuff is just old.

Yeah, based on where Whitehair went, who knows where Garrett would have gone. Especially since Westerman hasn't even been drafted yet.

True but missing out on Garnett would have hurt more. The best of a thin guard class at the top for what Kelly likes to run on offense. He needs that mauler type for the inside zone. stuff .that is essential for his scheme.

I'm am totally on board with the player. Hopefully he becomes a Pro Bowl corner stone of the team. Its just painful not to have that early pick in the 4th. I guess we'll see if they trade up?

If not Dak tomorrow, then I hope we get Christian Westerman. I know we just got Josh Garnett but Westerman would provide insurance just in case Beadles doesn't work out. More than likely though both will be gone by the time we pick at the end of the 4th.
