Gonna be furious if it's Jack knowing the knee is a potential problem.

That said and knowing Baalke's track record, it will be Jack.

Buckner's the supreme talent but where do we play him/where does he fit? I'm not saying he doesn't, I just don't know when you consider Ian Williams, Dorsey, Dial, and Armstead.

As long as it's o-line or pass rush specialist I'm cool.

In today's league, it's protect your QB and get after the other; everything else comes after that.
I want to stick Baalke in an electric chair. A trained monkey can make this selection for the 49ers. It's not rocket science. You choose from one of the blue chippers: Goff, Wentz, Bosa, Buckner, Ramsey, Tunsil or Jack. One of them will be there. The 49ers need superstars. Baalke loves to trade back, get cute and then over draft a player that he falls in love with.

Don't! Just take the blue chipper from the above list that falls to us. Go ahead and do your trades in the later rounds, I'm ok with that but early on, let's get some studs.

As a starter at DE?

The only guys you mentioned worth considering are Williams and Armstead. Dial isnt stopping you from drafting a DE. Dorsey is injury prone and an FA like Williams but at least Williams is younger.

This is true and I know Williams has the injury bug and Dial isn't a show stopper but, while somewhat underwhelming, it just seems like we'd need OL/OLB/ILB more pressingly. Then again, you draft the best talent that's there, not need.

Would Bucker transition well to 3-4? Didn't see what role he played in college.

Bucker or OL would be fine by me. Just please no Myles Jack. PLEASE. If he goes somewhere else, the knee will be fine. If he goes here, he'll be done in 2 years. That's our luck, I wouldn't eff with it.

Hahaha-how can you make a judgement if you know nothing on the player. Buckner is perfect for the 3-4, where as Bosa is not. He also had double digit sacks. Where as tank is not justin smith, Buckner is closer to being JS and better at sacking the QB. He may open the door with Arik for the rush linebackers on both sides of the line.

7TH SPOT?

NO TO BUCKNER... NO TO MYLES...
1. Ramsey
2. Bosa
3. Jack
4. Tunsil

If we walk away with anyone else without trading back, I'll be extremely disappointed.

I think one of those three will be there.
49ers are in a position where it may be hard to f**k this up. Win if they draft at #7 but could still win trading back. No need at all to trade up.

Buckner!!
Danny Shelton was the most overrated player in the draft last year. Buckner is this year's.

Jack, ILB is a greater. This draft is full of great DL prospects and that's a position Baalke drafts well at.

He is also good at drafting ILBs. Pretty much he is good at drafting front 7 personnel. Everything else not so much haha.

I really like Jack but we would have to be 100% positive that he is healthy and will stay healthy.

He is, but this draft isn't cram packed with em like DL. Jack is more than just a ILB he's a LB/S

Says who?

Dial is a solid depth guy, just like Wilhoite is at ILB. Buckner is a guy who could come in and be a very good starter for a long time. Football games are still won in the trenches and with Armstead, Williams and Buckner the 49ers would have a good quality young DL moving forwards.

Says me!

We have more quality depth at DL than LB as it is add that to this Poor LB/ Heavy DL draft I say we go LB early.

If I include those three then it essentially becomes who you think the best player in the draft is and the highest votes will either be Bosa or Ramsey.
