I have no idea and not willing to put in the research lol
so you think Jags or Ravens should take Goff if he's BPA when their picking??
Blaine has been in the league since 2011 and while I think he has some potential (along with being surrounded by a bad team but so do most early draft pick QBs) he's had plenty of chances to "shine." yes everyone should judge your play over 4 yrs IMO. I don't view RT as a more important position than the top three I stated ( QB,LT, pass rusher) if all of those said positions are not a option when your picking then you look towards those other spots like RT and CB etc...
out of the 32 starting QBs this past year 21 were 1st round picks. If you look at the upper level QBs in this league only Romo (UDFA), Wilson (3rd round) and Dalton (2nd round) are the only ones not drafted in the 1st.
If Goff is there he's got to be the pick with no sure fire answer there, when you have a QB you have a chance. if he's not there you move down the line on position of need vs BPA and Buckner fits the bill.

that was written over 10 years ago by John Clayton lol...look at who's starting in the league 70% of them are 1st round QBs and most of the upper level QBs are 1st round picks.
you know who's royally screwed us because we don't have a QB signed past this season lol. (I don't count Kap and his year to year deal and $20 million in 2017 he's not getting that).

Yes I forgot the one one outliner Brady...Brees was the 32nd pick in the draft that's as close to a 1st round pick as your gonna get.
1st round pick QBs make up the vast majority of QB talent in the league and there's not questioning that.

It blows if you miss on anyone really in the 1st....no one is gonna say Buckner is a sure fire pro bowler same with Goff. Top QB prospects are always drafted high and SF hasn't had a ton of chances at drafting one in a while. You have to trust you scouts and head coach, if your so focused on "what ifs" then you shouldn't be a GM lol.
Facts are most franchise Qbs coming out of the 1st...all add this, "what if" they pass on Goff and he turns out to be Rogers? That can set you back years as well.
