As time goes by, I feel Buckner will be gone by #7.
This article projects Butler as a NT, I thought he'd be better at DE.
Any other under the radar gems we should know about?

Vernon Butler played everywhere along the interior at La tech. The man can do it all.

Alex McCalister, DE, Florida (will play OLB in our defense)! This dude put on a show at the combine but forget all that, he is one of the best pass rushers in this draft and experts are saying he is a 7th round-UDFA (CBS Sports). He has long arms, great bend coming around the corner, violent enough hands, great burst off the line of scrimmage and a high motor. Bullard and Hargreaves get a lot of the talk when it comes to that Florida defense but McCalister is a monster! I really hope we draft him and I'd be fine with taking him as early as the 4th; I think he will be special.

Last year I wanted Shaquille Riddick (similar body type DE) this year I want McCalister

There's too many concerns surrounding McCalister.
1. He doesn't play against the run. He would be a situational pass rusher at best. And I don't mean like Aldon Smith rookie year, where you work him in slowly. No, I mean the guy is an absolute liability against the run and would only use him on 3rd passing downs.
2. He was dismissed from the team.
3. One thing is being thin, and he is, but unlike say an Eli Harold, his frame is narrow. Eli's at least thicker and can add more weight. Not sure Mccalister could.

I'm absolutely fine with him being a situational pass rusher. We will keep a heavy rotation in that front 7 this year anyways (minus Bowman). Having McCalister come in and get after the passer will be huge. He can easily add 10 pounds of muscle. He played at 240 but 250-255 is perfect.
He did get dismissed which is the only reason why he is under the radar. A 4th-6th round pick is fine for a guy with his ability to get to the QB. Lynch, Harold and then what? Tank? Maybe Marcus Rush? Brooks ain't getting to the QB. Add Floyd/Ogbah in the 2nd or late 1st, and double dip with Alex and maybe even Ngakoue in the mid to late rounds and let's put that heat on them QBs, Denver Broncos style

Morrison is very solid. He bounced back quick from his knee injury but I think he is better suited for a 4-3.

Rashard Robinson, CB LSU
hasn't played in a couple years and is skinny. I like his traits more than any of the other mid-late round corners. Would love to take a flier on him.

Maliek Collins has dropped to the late 3rd to even 5th round in some mocks. That's AMAZING value. The dude plays his a** off & fights for every inch. He's surprisingly quick for a big guy too; has some burst to him. His legs are constantly moving.
He's on my must-draft list. Must draft:
Connor Cook
Robert Nkemdiche
Maliek Collins
Roberto Aguayo (2nd round)
Carl Nassib
Every single one of these players (with the exception of Aguayo & teams who already have good, young kickers) is going to make GMs who passed on them look REALLY stupid. I like a lot of other players where they're projected (Taylor Decker, Artie Burns, possibly Shaq Lawson), but these guys are MUST-HAVE where they're projected.
Maliek Collins seems like a Ozzie-Newsome kind of pick.

I try not to use the word "sleeper" very often because it's up there with "dynamic," "beast" and "stud" as one of the most overused phrases in football, but I think Travis Feeney may be approaching that status.
6'4 230, but he's not afraid to get in there against the OL and push 'em around. He has an excellent initial burst, and he can rush the passer pretty well (8 sacks). 17.5 TFL is really impressive.
He'd be a bit like Darron Lee if the Niners drafted him; they'd be smart to sit him as a rook & let him play special teams while he slowly adds some weight. But if the Niners got him in the 4th / 5th round, I think he could eventually become a starter at ILB or maybe even OLB (I'd rather he played ILB though).
He'll probably play WLB in a 4-3, but I'd love the Niners to steal him late in the draft.
EDIT:
I didn't realize he showed up at pro' day at 218 pounds. YIKES! He was recovering from hernia surgery, but at 218, I may have to re-think my position on him.

Ignore those mocks on Collins. He won't last to the mid-third.
