I'm not a 49er fan, nor a hater, so this is what my plan would be, looking at it from the outside.
IMO, the 49ers are a 2-3 year rebuild, so I would start building from the inside out, like all good teams.
Round 1
Either draft Buckner, Jack or Bosa at 7, or preferably trade back and pick up an extra 2nd. Then draft Lawson, Ragland or Nkemdiche.
Round 2
I would go Cody Whitehair, Vadal Alexander or Josh Garnett. Then with my acquired pick I would draft either a LB or DE whichever I didn't draft in round 1. Kevin Dodd, Jonathan Bullard or Jaylon Smith
Round 3
BNPA (best need player availabe)
Ryan Kelly, Max Tuerk, Kamalei Correa
From here out, just go BPA
It's not a sexy draft, but it would net you say 4 day 1 starters on the O and D line

I tend to agree that we could be in for a lengthy rebuild, however that also supports getting the right QB in early, and protecting him while he learns.
With Staley / Davis (assuming he returns) / Trent Brown, I think we're in decent shape with our tackles. I'd draft a few interior lineman in the middle rounds as you have done.

As a rebuilding team, we're actually in an ideal position not to pick to go BPA because the next season is lost so we're really just looking for guys we can rebuild with 3 or 4 years from now when the roster looks completely different. Or you could argue that we have so many needs, that it's easy to just take the BPA.
The team is going to suck in 2016, so it doesn't really matter if we get instant impact players or starters in the draft (it may benefit us to draft redshirt guys like Jared Goff and Jaylon Smith who won't contribute in 2016). I'm pulling for a high draft pick in 2017. I'd also love to see us use some of our picks this year to acquire future draft picks.
I agree that we should look to draft at least 1-2 offensive linemen or we'll be holding back the development of our offensive players so that's probably the one area where I'm okay deviating from purely BPA.
1. Jared Goff/Carson Wentz
2. Spriggs/Ifedi/Whitehair/Kelly (Spriggs may be able to move to LT eventually, the others would be improvements on the interior)
2. Jaylon Smith (trade up back into the 2nd if he drops)

I get the excitement over being able to draft a hurt player in the lower rounds, and hoping he recovers, but after Lattimore, I don't think the 49ers have the same luxury as before

I like your thinking here and completely agree!

True...that ship has sailed and (hopefully) Baalke has learned from his mistakes. My oh my how we'd love to have the Lattimore, Tank and Brandon Thomas picks back.

Josh Garnett just seems to get more and more praise every time I see something new on him. Id be happy with him as our R/L guard for the coming years.
