Most mocks have us taking Goff & Baalke has a man crush on Connor Cook, it would make zero sense, but do you think Baalke would draft 2 QB's??

No. You do not draft two rookie QB's considering all the needs this team has. If Goff is available at 7 and SF takes him then he is the guy. If SF goes in another direction at 7 and Cook is still on the board in the 2nd rd or if SF trades back into the 1st rd then they may take him. You have to remember that draft season is also called lying season for a reason, a ton of misinformation out there all in the hopes of a team actually getting "their guy".
