Balke has a better record drafting defensive player in the draft. So the draft should be focused on that instead and offense should be addressed in free agency.
49ers trade Kepernick to the Texans for their 2nd round pick. It will be a good deal for a team that's only a QB away from competing and who will probadly miss out on Osweiler.
1st round pick 7 Deforest Buckner Williams looks as if he's going to hit the market in that case we slide Dial to the nose and start Armstead and Buckner at DE.
2nd round pick 37 we draft Apple, William Jackson or Mackenie Alexander.
2nd round pick 52 Adolphus Washington DE we need a rotation that can start if need be.
3rd round pick 68 Kentrell Brothers ILB
4th round pick 106 Kamelei Correa OLB competition for Harold plus some depth.
4th round comp Cardale Jones QB pocket passer that struggled when they tried to make him run the option. He will be a better pro than college player.
5th round pick 142 Alex Collins RB big back that can play
5th round pick 145 Tyler Martz OT
5th round pick comp Nick Vannett TE
6th round pick 181 Robert Aguayo K
6th round pick 183 TJ Green S
6th round pick 210 Jalin Marshall WR/KR
6th round comp Austin Blythe C
6th round pick comp Joseph Cheek OG
Free agents
Cut Brooks, Bethea, Pears
Signings
Jeff Allen OG
Sweezy OG
Cody Fleener TE. We need a number 1 TE. If we need him to block we will put in McDonald. Allows us to play more 2 TE sets.
Casey Hayward CB Brock would be better as our 3rd or 4th CB. Apple/Hayward start.
With Anthony Davis coming back we signed 2 good Guards and hopefully Rogers or Smelter step up to be our Number 2 WR.
Also I would like to sign a vetran RB that can give us 10-12 carries a game and step in and start a game or 2 if Hyde gets hurts. Draughn and Collins will give us better depth. Davis struggled and we should stash him on the practice squad.
We could also use 1 or 2 quality starters for the defense when the market turns to bargain shopping. Like a Laurenitis or Chris long or a John Simon.

Definitely agree.
This draft is defense heavy, that's Baalke's forte. Use FA to address offense, particularly the offensive line, and replenish the defensive depth in the draft.

Until you have someone in place that is better, I don't see Brooks and Bethea being cut especially since the defense is going to rotate a lot of people to stay fresh or need of depth due injuries over the course of a long season.
I do like Buckner and see him as one of the choices at seven if he is still around along with a couple others, but the more I look at the teams in front, the more I think he will be gone by the seventh pick.
I do see us going Offense in FA with the exception maybe one D player. We will find out soon enough come wednesday.

damnnn, I wonder how much his representative had to pay McShay in order to lift him from 2nd round to 22nd overall ranked player..

Who Apple? I would say he and Burns(who I like) are being overrated. Big bodies corners always get overrated

I would be happy if Paxton Lynch, Conner Cook, Eli Apple, Reggie Regland, or Darron Lee slipped to us in the 2nd.

Any of those 3 corners will be be good for us I. Round 2. William Jackson is the guy whose stock has skyrocketed the most out of the corner position. If you watch his video he's extremely athletic, having watched Apple play his whole career I have no doubt he will turn into a number 1 CB. But I think someone is going to snatch him at the back of round 2. I like Buckner but being a buckeye fan I. Holding out hope Bosa falls to us at 7 and we play him at outside LB. it rare to find a guy that can explode through Oline like he does. His strength is what makes up his game. he would look like JJ Watts at Lb. I just hope that we don't get into a position where we have to draft Stanley. To me that would be a wasted pick. I think there are 6 elite prospects for us and have a feeling that we would get bossed out of them players. We have to draft a QB this year or next it all depends on wether Balke feels Wentz or Goff are better than Watson or Kayaa.
