how would you rank them?
Try to make your decision based on how Mariota and Winston were regarded at this time last season, not on how they performed their first year.

If Mariota and Winston were in this year's draft along with Wentz and Goff

Winston
Mariota
Goff
Wentz
Winston threw almost 70 TDs in two years in a pro style offense and led his team to a National Championship being the only QB to beat an SEC team in the title game. Threw a lot of INTs his last year but he was the most pro ready without a doubt.
Mariota has everything you need and want in a QB, just never played under center so there would be that learning curve.
Goff has everything you need, just lacks the athleticism you would expect for such a slim frame. Also has the learning curve of a pro style offense
Wentz has great upside and everything you need and want from a QB but played against nobodies and would have to learn the pro style offense.

The bolded is so deceiving as to be worthless. By that logic Cardale Jones should be a high draft pick.

Thats the proof that this year Qb draft class is not weak.
In fact is stronger than last year because Hogan, Prescott and Lynch are a lot better than Hundley and Petty
Do want a weak draft class?Look at next year!Only Deshaun Watson if he comes out can save a historically bad QB draft class

He led them down the field and won the game in the National Championship game...what more would you want from a QB at the collegiate level? Jones does not come from a Pro Style offense. It isn't just the fact that Winston did that vs Auburn, it's the combination of what he did, in that system, over the course of two years which is why he deserved to be the #1 pick. He was the most pro ready QB. Jones couldn't even keep that moment this year or maintain the starting spot for that matter

Last years class was awful once you got past the top two QBs.

Hundley looked good and is in a great situation. Wouldn't be surprised to see him develop into a serviceable QB, at the very least
