I'm pretty sure the Rams trade up and snag Goff, but I also have a feeling that's just what Baalke wants them to do, so they can get one of the better defensive players. That said, if Kelly really wants to take one of the top QBs, he and Baalke better trade up first.

Until trades and free agency happens, hard to say. If Laremy, Bosa or Buckner are there, I think Baalke takes one of them. If they are all gone then Goff is going to get picked unless someone trades with the Ravens. Ravens can trade back and still get good players. and split from one to two.

With Fisher on his last leg with the Rams I can see him being aggressive and pushing for a trade up for a top QB

If we talk about draft picks, Rams has right fit for trading above Niners most likely for 4th overall pick in exchange of 15th, 43rd and 45th overall picks. But Niners can also move further by trading 7th, 37th and either conditional draft pick or a roster player (perhaps Bruce Miller or Eric Reid) in exchange of 3rd overall pick.

I think if any team trades ahead of the Niners to get Goff they're nuts...but if they're willing to make Baalke a very sweet offer to trade out of the 7th position, I'm totally down. But, my official answer is "none".

I agree with the Bold ... but I have a feeling that Goff, would be more of a Hue
Jackson, pick. Therefore, I see Wentz as a Cowboy, and Goff being drafted by
Cleveland.

Free Agency and Trades (if any occur), will dictate in some ways, how 2016 NFL
Draft plays out to a certain degree ... Y/N ?

That's why I think we need to trade up to 3rd overall plus I think Rams could be in play to trade up to 6th or higher.
