With the Combine behind, this is my fifth attempt at a mock draft/offseason. The draft is based on NFL Draft Scout's current rankings as of 3/3 and include comp picks as predicted by Niners Nation.com.
Free Agents
Marvin Jones WR - Hometown boy with a chance to be our #1 receiver
Kelechi Osemele OG - Replacement for Boone; biggest money free agent acquistion
Casey Hayward CB - Need some depth to compete with Acker, Reaser, and Brock
Malik Jackson DT - With Miller blowing up on the Super Bowl, there is only so much money to go around. Looks more like an option now.
Resign/Retain
Ian Williams - probably our best defender the last half of the season. No reason not to resign.
Garrett Celek DONE
Antoine Bethea - he still has one good year left in him
Shaun Draughn DONE
Patrick Tiller
Return
Anthony Davis
Cuts
Ahmad Brooks
Eric Pears
Glen Dorsey
Corey Lemonier
Jordan Devey
TJE
I think Alex Boone walks for money from somewhere else. The Niners trade Kaep, but dont' know what people will give up for him at this point.
Round 1 Jared Goff 6'4" 210 lbs QB Cal - Browns reach for Wentz and Cowboys dumb enough not to take him. Falls to us at #7 if no one trades up
Round 2 Cody Whitehair 6'4" 301 lbs OL Kansas St - Spriggs will be gone by now after his great Combine; experienced OT who will move inside as a pro
Round 3 Kamalei Correa 6'3" 243 lbs OLB Boise St - had great combine so he may not be here; our new bookend to Aaron Lynch
Round 4 Chris Jones 6'6" 310 lbs DE Miss St - need disruptive d linemen who can give us some inside pressure
Round 4 Comp Joe Schobert 6'1" 236 lbs LB Wisconsin - moving him to ILB
Round 5 (Chargers) Malcolm Mitchell 5'11" 194 lbs WR Georgia - need another WR to potentially supplant Patton or Ellington off the roster
Round 5 Max Tuerck C 6'5" 298 lbs - more athletic C coming off of a knee injury; typical Baalke pick
Round 5 Comp Charone Peake WR 6'2" 209 lbs Clemson - Chip likes big WR's
Round 6 (Cowboys) Tyler Ervin RB 5'10" 192 lbs San Jose St - Third down back and KR
Round 6 (Broncos) D.J. Reader 6'3" 340 lbs NT Clemson - rock in the middle to spell Ian Williams
Round 6 Comp Matt Judon DE 6'3" 275 lbs Grand Valley St.- double down on a small school pass rusher
Round 6 Comp Avery Young OT 6'5" 328lbs Auburn - four year player who played inside and outside; RT backup or PS player
4th round comp comes from Mike Iupati signing. 5th Round comp from Perrish Cox signing. Last two comps based on Frank Gore and Dan Skuta signing elsewhere.

Hey MBA, Tiller is already under contract for 2016.
I would love any of those 4 signings, not sure we can lure all 4, if we can get 2 I'd be happy.
Draft is good, I think Jones is a 2nd rd pick to me.
Nice work.

would love it this happened couple things....
If we land Osemele some how I don't see the need to go OG in the 2nd, I think Tiller can play RG. Correa did have a nice combine but he's got 31 5/8 inch arms Baalke's not drafting that.
Also no way Jones drops to the 4th his a solid 2nd round pick all day.

Great mock except if we get that card in free agency we won't draft a Nother one in round two. If we don't get Jackson in free agency we will get another pass rusher in free agency like Vernon or Irvin

I like your overall off-season program...I'm not sure about Goff. Really, I'm not sure Kelly's sold on Goff. Pretty sure the Browns will draft Wentz, potentially leaving Goff for whomever else. Another team could trade up and take Goff before we pick. One thing I don't want Baalke to do is trade up to get him...too many other needs. If he's not their pick I'd be fine with that...could be the chance to get a beast like Buckner. I think they'd get immediate dividends from him...he, Armstead and hopefully Ian Williams could well develop into a dominant DL, something we sorely missed in 2015. I also think Jerry Jones is an idiot if he doesn't draft a QB...pinning his hopes on Romo could be a huge mistake. He's 36, injury prone and they really have no one waiting in the wings to take over at QB. But, that's Jones...as a riverboat gambler, he could get bit big-time. If Baalke can sign Malik Jackson (he won't be cheap) or Vernon, I'd still love Buckner joining the DL. The Broncos proved it once again...a dominant front is the key to a relentless defense and it still wins championships.
