If the 49ers went QB early, I'd be all for them taking a shot at Hogan late. Very intelligent, high QB IQ guy, just limited in some ways but could be a pretty good backup in the NFL.

He is a guy limited in arm strength, but is a winner, there is no doubt. Could see the team having some interest in Dak Prescott, someone with a little bit of mobility for Chip Kelly's offense.
