Rotoworld has us taking.......
7. San Francisco 49ers - Baylor WR Corey Coleman - This pick will test Chip Kelly's and Trent Baalke's roster relationship. Coleman checks in under 6'0", and Kelly has leaned towards size at the position. However, I think Coleman plays bigger than his size and obviously offers speed and yards after catch capabilities. The 49ers' offense needs a jolt, and Coleman would offer it. Especially if the 49ers sign Sam Bradford.
I wouldn't be happy if that was the call at 7.

Wait so not only does Roto have us taking Coleman 1-2 rounds earlier than he should go
But they also have us signing Bradford?

Isn't roto's forte around fantasy-football scouting and advice? Because they're terrible at it. Looks like they're just as bad at mock drafting.

Round 1, pick No. 7: Shaq Lawson, OLB, Clemson. Replaces Aldon Smith as the 49ers' weak-side edge rusher and plays defensive end in the subpackages as a rookie. Becomes a full-time starting outside linebacker in Year 2.

7 San Francisco 49ers – WR Laquon Treadwell, Ole Miss
Analysis: The 49ers need help all over the board, and even if they do re-sign Anquan Boldin, they could still use a tall, speedy WR to go in Chip Kelly's offense, and Treadwell is my top rated WR, and this makes a ton of sense.

Draft Countdown, Scott Wright, Jan 26, Jared Goff, QB, California
The assumption is that new head coach Chip Kelly will be able to revitalize the career of Colin Kaepernick but I still think quarterback is a strong possibility for the 49ers here. That's not to say Kaepernick isn't an intriguing project for Kelly because he definitely is. However, it would be risky for Kelly and San Francisco to put all of their eggs in that basket. Especially with California QB Jared Goff still on the board. Besides, the organization still hasn't lived down passing on another local signal caller in the first round back in 2005. Some guy by the name of Aaron Rodgers. While Goff may lack any standout physical tools he is adequate across the board and also possesses the prerequisite intangibles that are so important at the position. Plus Goff has already proven capable of operating a fast-paced offense, which is a Chip Kelly trademark. Every NFL Draft has a set of main storylines and Lynch vs. Goff is going to be a debate that rages on until Draft Day and beyond. Both are legitimate Top 10 picks, with Goff maybe being the safer choice and Lynch possibly offering more upside. At the end of the day quarterback-needy teams should be happy with either and it may simply come down to the personal preference of the respective decisions makers.
Top 3 Team Needs: QB | WR | ILB

San Diego Tribune, Eddie Brown, Jan 27, Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss
It's possible new head coach Chip Kelly keeps Colin Kaepernick around, so I'm not convinced they go quarterback here. It's also sounding like there is a chance former All-Pro right tackle Anthony Davis returns from an early retirement. That leaves wide receiver as a major need. Treadwell has recovered nicely from last season's gruesome leg injury. His potential at the next level? Think a middle class Dez Bryant or Julio Jones. Plus, Kelly loves big, physical receivers. Top needs: RT, WR, QB

Walter Football, Jan 27
San Francisco 49ers: Jared Goff, QB, California
Bold prediction: If the 49ers don't draft a quarterback in the first two rounds, Chip Kelly will start Blaine Gabbert next year, citing how his short-range accuracy makes him a great fit for his offense. This may sound crazy, but Kelly is completely incompetent and doesn't understand NFL concepts.
However, I think there's a good chance Kelly will select Jared Goff if available. New regimes mean new quarterbacks, and while the 49ers don't have a different general manager, they are, in a sense, starting over with Kelly, whose affinity for Pac-12 prospects will once again be prevalent.
Pick change; previously Ronnie Stanley, OT

7. San Francisco 49ers: OT Ronnie Stanley, 6-6, 315, Notre Dame
Comment: They'd love the chance to draft Treadwell, but now that he's off my board, Chip Kelly has to do the smart thing and rebuild from the core on the offensive line. Since no one besides Kelly ever know what he's going to do or why, the 49ers could draft just about anyone at this spot and I wouldn't be shocked. Stay tuned.
