Trade: S Antoine Bethea for 5th Round Pick
Cut: QB Colin Kaepernick (I can't envision a scenario where we can pull off a trade), OLB Ahmad Brooks, OL Erik Pears

Re-sign NT Ian Williams, TE Garrett Celek, OG Andrew Tiller
Sign DE Muhammed Wilkerson (or DE Derrick Wolfe), OLB Bruce Irvin (or OLBs Nick Perry, Courtney Upshaw), OL Mitchell Schwartz (or OL Amini Silatolu or Cordy Glenn), ILB Kelvin Sheppard (or ILB Sean Spence)
2016 Draft
49ers Trade 2nd Round Pick, 4th Round Pick and 5th Round Pick for mid/late 1st Round Pick
49ers Trade 4th and 5th Round Pick for additional 3rd Round Pick
49ers Trade 5th and 6th Round Pick for for 4th Round Pick
49ers Trade 2 6th Round Picks for 5th Round Pick
5th Overall Pick: QB Jared Goff Cal 6'4" 210 - 49ers get their QB; local product has lightening quick release, pinpoint accuracy and innate pocket awareness, all hallmarks of QBs that succeed in the NFL.
1st Round: LB Jaylon Smith Notre Dame 6'3" 237 - for my money Smith is the best overall player in the draft who will fall some because of a nasty looking knee injury; Niners package picks and get a stud to lead the defense, granted he sits out a year.
3rd Round: RB Paul Perkins, UCLA 5'10" 510 - Perkins is an underrated RB that does everything well but nothing spectacularly; should be a solid NFL back.
3rd Round: WR Braxton Miller Ohio St. 6'1" 215- Niners draft Anquan Boldin's replacement (who also was a QB in college); Miller is a DYNAMIC playmaker with good size, ball skills and elusiveness.
4th Round: OG Sebastian Tretola Arkansas 6'5" 354- A huge, mauling OG the Niners bring in to take Iupati's old LG spot.
5th Round: S Deon Bush Miami 6'1" 205 - Bush is a dynamic athlete that hasn't put it all together, but he can be a special teams ace and develop behind Reid and Tartt.
5th Round: Explosive KR/PR- HUGE need; 49ers have been looking for someone to fill this role ever since they let Ginn walk.
6th Round: WR Bryce Treggs Cal 6'0" 185- Treggs is in the Doug Baldwin mode; not overly imposing, but is competitive as hell and is a very natural route runner with good hands and some ability after the catch; also he was Goff's security blanket at Cal.
