I know alot of people are wanting to go head first on Jaroed Goff, but im more wanting to go Defense. Bring the pain and pressure back to our Def. go after Bosa, Jaylon Smith. A player who can either stuff the run and cover or keep the pressure on a QB.

If we are keeping Gabbert and Tomsula revamp the D and go for that 8-8 to 9-7 mark every year. If we have the balls get a new young coach who can pass the ball nd take a shot on a future elite qb and hope Goff/Lynch is the answer. 99.9% chance if we keep Tomsula and Gabbert we go with grab someone like Smith, Bosa, Tunsil, Stanley, etc. I don't think I want Tomsula and this staff developing and wrecking Goff/Lynch's career anyways. It would be kind of nice to play it safe though and get a 10 year starter in one of those safer D guys but this team really does need a QB of the future and we should probably take the risk if we have the right coach in place.

I think Logan is a hell of a QB coach, and I'd trust him with any young QB. Hearing both Logan and Gabbert talk about how Logan helped Gabbert make intuitive adjustments that advanced and diversified his skill set is pretty encouraging.

Personally, I would like to solidify the defense re-stock it. If Robert Nkemdiche or Joey Bosa is there or near I would not pass them up and I would even try to trade up a couple spots. Too bad the draft wasn't in March it would make trading up a lot more easier by having Kap involved. But If it were up to me I would go D-line or pass rusher in the 1st and vice versa in the 2nd, O-line would also be in the mix depending on who was there. 3rd round I'd probably go QB or TE, again depending on who is there. 4th round I'd definitely look towards the secondary or O-line.
In the end, the defense needs difference makers, playmakers this defense is near the bottom of the league in takeaways.
