That draft won't get it done...the weakest group on the team is the OL. OT is a huge need...no guarantee AD's coming back and Staley's showing wear. If they re-sign Boone (I think they should), Baalke has to draft at least one top OG. I'd agree the DL needs some help...there's no star there any more. But, the best OL are typically in the early rounds...and it has to be the major point of emphasis early. A pass rusher's also a need, in essence to replace Aldon. In no particular order, Baalke needs to draft a QB to develop, an ILB, WR with decent size but real speed, CB, S, RB...the offense needs at least one stud to b/u Hyde.
