Penny. But they're both very good.

Draft profile has his comp as D'Onta foreman(who was one of my favorite RBs last year) but I think he's a quicker version of Foreman.
Let's get this train rolling
Impressive. When is he projected to go?
Even more impressive is his production.

I've seen a few different places projecting him 3rd to 4th round. Sounds about right.

Why did he play 4 years and not come out earlier? Not holding that as negative against him just curious

His junior year was his worst year and that was a disaster year for Oregon. He claimed it was cuz he wanted to play with the new coach and finish his education(which was number one to him). But I think his value was just down after the 2016 season, plus in a draft filled with RBs it was a bad year to have a down year.

Least surprising development of the Combine. Played in the Pac 12 and has Shanahan RB written all over him.

Royce Freeman is a running back we should all be paying attention to. This guy had a great combine and fits the zone running scheme perfectly. And we can likely get him in the 4th/5th. He ran a 4.55 40, 6.9 3-cone, and a 4.16 20-yard shuttle. At 5'11 230 Lbs that is damn good. If we don't get one of the top 3-4 RBs, I hope we target him later.

No. Hyde ran a 4.66. Nowhere near as fast and nimble as freeman. Royce can House it.

The issue with Oregon running backs is the equivalent to air raid QBs. Are they that good or does the system make them look more ch better.
The mesh option that Oregon runs isn't used in the NFL because very few teams are willing to expose their QB to the potential repetive hits.
The possibility of a QB keeper especially if the QB is a legitimate rushing threat makes a running backs job much much easier.

Only problem I've ever had with Royce is his mileage. I know early on he had a lot of touches so im wondering how long of a career is he gonna have?

Splitting carries should help his career out.

Hyde also didn't do any shuffle or cone drills but I'd bet anything that Freeman's times blew his out the water. He even had a better shuffle time than Saquon.
Freeman is very quick for a guy that big. He's quick in general.

More quickness than speed. Someone who is decisive and can make quick cuts. Freeeman would be an outstanding fit in that regard.
