baalke puts a lot of emphasis on the senior bowl, likely too much. quinton patton and jimmie ward were senior bowl week stars.

What's your point? Jimmie Ward is a damn good football player, and Patton has flashed well for a late pick WR on a running team. He makes too many dumb mistakes, but that has nothing to do with talent or skill.

he is a good centerfield S player

i have no idea why hes matchuped at corner even coming out they said mid round CB first round S

He shouldn't have been put at CB, he is a Safety IMO that's where he plays in the future IMO.

I don't think Ward is a useless player (like AJ Jenkins), but better value could've been had at 30.

Ward brings versatility in the secondary and plays special teams.

It used to go to the teams picking 1 and 2, if they didn't change coaches, now you never know who will get that honor.

Any thoughts on Noah Spence, Eastern Kentucky ???? Read/Heard he has some good pass rushing skills ...

If he had a clean record he'd probably be a mid-late 1st round guy. He popped for drugs a couple times at OSU and had PI following that. He's a 3-4 OLB that'll probably tempt a team in the 2nd. He's a steal in the 3rd, IMO.

Surprised Doughty hasn't been invited yet.

Jonathan Jones | CB | Auburn: 67 tackles in 2015, with 11 pass breakups and one interception.

Cody Kessler | QB | USC: All-Pac 12 Honorable Mention; 28 touchdowns, six interceptions in 2015

Carl Nassib | DE | Penn State: Former walk-on who won the Lombardi Award, the Ted Hendricks Award, the Lott IMPACT Trophy this season; unanimous All-American; currently leads the nation in sacks (15.5) and forced fumbles (6). He is second in FBS with 19.5 tackles for loss.
