That's his biggest question. Has he grown up?

Most people railed on me when I railed on Johnny Manziel for not being the kind of guy you want as the face of your franchise based on the partying. 95% of people naively said, "Oh no! A young man having fun in his off time! Big deal grandpa." As usual, most NFL fans were wrong.

However, Manziel partied with impunity. He had a "f*** the world" attitude. Kelly doesn't act like that. He's at least acting like he's grown up. Could he be pretending until he gets his first paycheck? Of course that's a possibility. But compared to the other QBs in this draft class, that's a pretty good negative.

I think he has a better chance of being a great NFL QB than Jeff, Alex-Smith-2.0, Driskel (which isn't saying much).
