Baalke and Coaching staff have confidence in Redshirt players, and so do I.

We're die-hard 49er fans and will look for the positives in what the team does. How long do we go on speculation? I personally don't believe the team is nosediving but when I step back I see a QB that shows he does not read the field well. Will 10 weeks of training transform him? Tank and Dial are going into their third year, can they be full time players? There are many questions, speculation is no longer a luxury this team can afford.

You would think right?? I know i always see the positive side but tons of people here who call themselves fans embrace the negative. Even go out of the way to assure positive thinking people that they are wrong.

But this isn't an elite team anymore & we needed to have IMPACT players this year to have a chance to even make the playoffs this year, let alone go to the Super Bowl. Tank Carradine is a perfect example. Players can't control their injuries, but the fact that he DIDN'T EVEN LEARN the playook in 2 1/2 years is UNACCEPTABLE! And who was his position coach that failed to coach him up? Now why would these projects fair any better with that same position coach now being the head coach?
Baalke drafted these players when we were elite and now that some of the players have moved on they will step into starting roles. Tank is a good player and serious pass rusher from the line. You are right he struggled with the playbook some players do. He will prove his mettle this year. Thomas the same thing and if Miller gets cut Millard will start. We have two starting caliber WRs so Smelter was a good pick up. It's not like he drafts all ACL injured players. I have confidence in those players it's ok if you don't. I believe the defense is as stacked and deep as it has been in a while. I think your wrong and you will see that this year. Baalke knows more about identifying talent and restructuring the future rosters than any of us.

Lattimore didn't work out and Jenkins didn't work out. Let it go. Baalke can identify talent and players that fit our scheme he has proven it. Not every strategy is 100% and if you don't have a Brady you don't make the playoffs every year. When this team goes back to the playoffs this year shut up about Baalke. This team will win without Harbaugh this year and I believe Kaep will take that next step with the new additions to the offense and the help of Steve Logan. Seems like some of you would rather be right about us sucking than seeing this team succeed Baalke's way and without Harbaugh.

He did,you just did`nt realize it,Smelter is a bona-fide future No.1 wr...you need to watch film on Him you`ll see a real route-runner, a very physical player,A blocker who will plow guys over and he can catch the ball with those big ass hands of his, look I have 8" hands a little bigger then average and his are 3" freaking bigger then mine wow, please stop complaining about Baalke and appreciate that we actually have a very good GM who knows what to look for and knows what He wants, we could have a G M like Cleveland or the Raiders, the Bears used to have, those are some examples but there are others GMs or ex-GMs that are terrible and yet we have a lot of whinners wanting Baalke gone...wow and yet all he has done is restock the team at least 2 years in advanced

I'd let some of these guys actually perform before declaring that he's restocked the team.

I would not understand why BAALKE and the new coaching staff would not have confidence on the team's RED SHIRT PLAYERS....
First of all, He (Baalke) hand picked each one of them... and not having confidence will make him look bad...
2ndly, we must realize that the future is NOW, no more developing because those big boys from the NFC West have all grown up!!
last but not the least, ANY new coaching staff doesn't have the JUEVOS to disagree w/their GM, maybe until they are on the HOT SEAT or starts winning convincingly...

Agreed. Baalke could have drafted his own aunt, uncle and grandmother, and the 'fans' on here would say "it was a great draft! Baalke knows best" without asking nary a question. . . . .I like Baalke, but time will tell the truth, and this draft in particular will tell the baalke story.
