Step 1: trade down from 15 overall (1050 points) to Baltimore's 26 and 58 (1020 points)
Step 2: trade our 46 and new 58 (760 points) to Detroit for their 23 (760 points)
Now we are left with number 23 and 26 overall in the first round. Imagine the possibilities. Would need Kevin Costner to pull it off, but would you make the deal? Who are you drafting?

I would rather move down and get more picks. In one offseason we have so many holes now it's rediculous. I think if we can get another 1st or another 2nd rounder we should do it. We got more holes than swiss cheese. One pick at 15 won't fix this team.

I think I'd rather do your step 1, then have 26, 46, 58 and 79. I think we might still be able to get both of those players, if we're lucky

I'd rather trade with the Ravens and keep the extra 2nd.
Not much of a difference in players in the bottom of the 1st and the entire 2nd.

Baltimore would probably not make that trade in this draft. There isn't a big enough drop-off from 15 to 28 in terms of talent to warrant giving up a 2nd round pick. The draft trade calculator is more of a guideline than anything and in this draft, the 26th and 58th pick seem more valuable than the 15th pick. It depends who's there at 15, but I don't see a player dropping to 15 that is worth that much.
I agree on just doing the first part and sticking with picks 26, 46, and 58.
26 - Carl Davis
46 - DGB if he drops this far, look to trade up for Marcus Peters/Byron Jones/Kevin Johnson/Jalen Collins assuming one or two make it into the 2nd round.
58 - ILB (Kendricks will be long gone, but McKinney, Dawson, Perryman, or Anthony could be there)

Agree, 2 2nd round picks is ideal, where the value is in this draft class.

I'd love 2 picks in the first. I would want one defensive player like Jones/Goldman. And Periman/dgb with the other pick

Don't make it.
25: DGB
46: Henry Anderson
58: Stephone Anthony
This was actually my mock 3.0 already posted.

I wouldn't mind the trade but not for them....I don't think either are worth a 1st IMO

Seems unlikely that would happen. I think it would be more likely we trade down from 15 to the 20s and pick up an extra 2nd or 3rd (and change) we would probably keep it instead of turning 2 2's or a 2 and 3 into an extra 1.
If we did somehow end up with 2 1sts I would take Peters/Parker at 15 and Kevin Johnson/Strong in the 20s.

How would we keep our 15th pick if we had two 1st?
