My ideal would be to trade from 15 to the mid to late 20's and pick up Strong and a 2nd rounder. Use the first 2nd on Anderson and the 2nd on Dawson. Use our 3rd on Jay Ajayi (should fall with knee injury) or Duke Johnson. So 1. Strong, 2. Anderson, 2. Dawson 3. Ajayi/Johnson/Coleman (probably long gone).
No trades I'd say 1. Peters/Parker 2. Anderson 3. Perryman/McKinney/Ajayi/Johnson
Edit: I could live with Gurley at 15 as well. Shelton would be ok but I don't think is needed. I'm not sure how I would feel about Byron Jones or Kevin Johnson or Darby at 15... rather trade down and pick up a 2nd and still could probably get them. Would be a reach but Baalke has been known to do that if he likes the guy.

That's funny! Ditto on the first round. I like the same 3 guys as you but I think at least one of these guys will be there middle of the 20s via trade back.

Depends on what this new defense needs...if it's a downhill thumper, Kendricks isn't really that. If it's a play-maker, cover guy, he's perfect IMO.
