49ers trade 15th overall pick for late 20's pick and additional 2nd round pick
1st Round: CB Marcus Peters Washington 6'0" 196
The way the draft looks to be shaping up I have a very very hard time seeing the 49ers stay put simply because there's not a lot of value in the middle part of the 1st round. Despite being the overwhelming media favorite, I don't see any way Arik Armstead ends up on the 49ers. First of all, he's FAR from the BPA at 15 any way you slice and and second of all, I think the 49ers need along the DL is WAY overblown, even if Justin Smith retires. There's a very small possibility the 49ers trade up to 4,5,6 ideally to get Amari Cooper, but I can't see them giving up what's necessary. If they do stay @15, I can see them going one of 2 ways: secondary or offensive line. I would be happy with La'El Collins at or around 15, but I think the best bang for buck is to trade back and target a CB. There are a lot of tall, physical, corners - the type the 49ers covet - available in the late 1st/early 2nd round area and if you're looking for the 49ers most glaring need, it's at CB where only 1 starter is a given and he (Brock) missed almost all of last year with nagging injuries. I think talent-wise Peters is the best CB in the draft by a long shot, but Kevin Johnson, Byron Jones and Jalen Collins all have equal physical talents. Given all this, I see the 49ers trading back, getting an extra late 2nd or early 3rd round pick and getting the best CB on the board.
Other Possibilities: CBs Kevin Johnson, Jalen Collins, Byron Jones
2nd Round: ILB Stephone Anthony Clemson 6'3" 246
The best talents in the 2nd round will be the ILBs, all of who come with some limitation that precluded them from being 1st round picks. In terms of readiness to slide right in and be productive from day 1, I really really like both Kendricks and Perryman - I think they can be all pros for a long time, BUT I think the 49ers need a dynamic playmaker to take Willis's spot. Out of all the guys available, Anthony fits the bill. He's instinctive, fast, rangy and, most importantly, LONG. He'll need some time to develop - maybe even a full year - but I think he presents the most upside in this group.
Other Possibilities: ILBs Eric Kendricks, Denzel Perryman, Paul Dawson, Benardrick McKinney
2nd Round: OLB Trey Flowers Arkansas 6'2" 266
Flowers may not become the best pass rusher in this draft, but he is the pass rusher that fits the 49ers' scheme best. He's aggressive, has "meat hooks" for arms and has a motor that never stops. I believe Ahmad Brooks will not make it to training camp and given uncertainty around Aldon, the 49ers will use a top pick on a pass rusher and I believe Flowers is the guy they will target.
Other Possibilities: OLB/DEs Preston Smith, Danielle Hunter
3rd Round: WR Stefon Diggs Maryland 6'0" 195
Outside of Amari Cooper, I think Diggs is the most natural WR in the draft. He's an extremely smooth, yet explosive, receiver who can work the slot and take you over the top. Most importantly, he presents great value as a KR/PR which the 49ers sorely need. He doesn't have the size that the team covets, but he has everything else.
Remaining needs: OL, RB, DL, QB, TE, WR
I think the team adds at least one offensive lineman in the 4th and/or 5th round, a RB (Yeldon?) a QB in the 5th or 6th and a TE.

Peters isn't making it past the steelers or Baltimore....I don't see CB as the pick, SF drafted 4 DBs last year.
Not a fan of any of those picks at those spots..sorry dude.

That's actually a really good draft, except I think the 49ers really need a big WR as a red zone threat. I like Diggs, but we've already got Torrey Smith, Ellington, Patton, etc,and they're all 6'0 and below.
