When has Baalke ever traded down from his #1 pick? If anything, he would trade up.
I do expect some manuvering on day 2 and 3 though.

i would trade every pick in the 2016 draft. If history repeats itself, since 2004, we had very atrocious drafts: 2004, 2008, 2012,
