And can take it to the house,He does catch the ball with good Hands from what film I saw on Himhe catches the ball softly like,I owuld`nt mind drafting Him either 2nd or 3rd rd if He last till the 3rd.

Conley has a higher ceiling than Kevin White. (But also a lower floor. White is a sure thing, Conley is small a gamble)
Kevin White had many drops, but they kept throwing him the ball (pass happy offense)
Conley has better measurables than Kevin White (longer arms, bigger hands, much better vert & broad jumps)
Conley averaged 18.3 YPC, White was 13.3 YPC

Conley measurables (see below) are like Julio Jones, but not as polished and not as quick. But if you get him in rd 3 you might be able to coach him up into an all-pro

I just don't see it on film. That's a 10% drop rate regardless of sample size, everyone was blown away with his combine because he didn't show any of that athletics abilty on the field....if he did he would be a top 20 pick.

ill take a proven player like Lockett in the 3rd over him but that's just me

Lockett is very good, very quick. But more of a slot and return man. Conley has more upside, but is a risk.

He is the same size and speed as T.Y,Cobb,Brown I think he can play all over the field not just the slot.
