It's hard not to think so, but if we're talking CBs, the guy with the most upside to me is Jalen Collens. 6'1", 205, 32+" arms and very smooth in coverage. Interesting though when they ran a simulcam of Patrick Peterson (who had an official time of 4.34) and Jalen Collins (timed at 4.48) running their forties, Collins actually beat him by a nose, so he might actually be a sub 4.40 guy. Meaning he's slightly bigger, has a slightly larger wingspan and is actually a touch faster than Peterson.
That said, Collins is very raw and would need to be coached up to really reach his potential, but IMO he has the tools to develop into the best cover corner in this draft. Wouldn't be shocked at all to see us target him and begin building our secondary around these taller corners (Collins and Johnson primarily).
