Cut/Walk:
Craig Dahl - Just a business decision to save money.
Mike Iupati - I don't think the market will be that great for him but I think Denver will make a huge offer for him and get him.
Mike Crabtree - Once again he won't get to many offers but if I was Baalke I wouldn't even offer him a contract.
Perrish Cox - It will come down to Cully or Cox I prefer Cully he is younger and played really well last year.
Brandon Lloyd - Filled a need this year but his services won't be needed next year.
Garrett Celek - Carrier played well enough last season that Celek will not be needed.
Dan Skuta - switching to a 4-3 has it's first casualty. He will probably follow Fangio to Chicago.
Chris Cook - I would not be against bringing him back but I don't see it.
Blaine Gabbert - He is a decent back up but I have a plan for that spot.
Frank Gore - It kills me to do this I've got a Gore Jersey in red and white, but the saying is "it's better to cut a guy a year to early than a year to late".
Tony Jerrod Eddie - He might be retained cause he is one of Tomsulas Linemen but his fit in a 4-3 is questionable.
Ahmad Brookes - this isn't a scheme fit it's a money and attitude issue. Try and trade him but end up cutting.
Trendon Holliday - Don't understand why he was signed for 2 years but he has fumble issues but is an incredible return man when he holds onto the ball.
Bubba Ventrone - I think he and Osgood will follow Seely.
Kassim Osgood - See above
Extend:
Chris Culliver - top 10 corner last year. I personally want to see him get more involved in run defense and to stop giving a 10 yard cushion on 3rd and 3 plays.
Aldon Smith - Wouldn't give him to many years until you see how he does in a 4-3 defense.
Alex Boone - I personally like Boone but last years hold out screwed him up but he ended the season well. I just hope him constantly backing Harbaugh (which I really liked) didn't put a target on his back from the FO.
Restructure:
Patrick Willis - Give him the years it takes to keep him in the red and gold until he hangs it up.
Stevie Johnson - I hope he takes a pay cut or we just extend him to work some of the money into the later years.
Free Agency:
Jake Locker - This is might be a long shot but Titans have pretty much gave up on him so him being available is a possibility.
Matt Moore - If we don't get Locker we get Moore who is a capable back up.
Draft:
1st Round - DeVante Parker - WR 6'2" 210 lbs Louisville - He could be gone by the time we pick I hope he is still there. I was really high on drafting DGB but the more I hear about what he could be facing once he hits the NFL such as being on the 2nd stage of domestic violence program so if he did anything he could get banned from the NFL no thanks. So Parker who I have rated as the number 2 WR behind DGB in this draft is well worth the 15th pick.
2nd Round - Carl Davis - DT 6'5" 315 lbs Iowa - During this season he faced double teams most plays and when he got 1 on 1 chances he dominated.
3rd Round - Duke Johnson - RB 5'9" 194 lbs Miami - I'm starting to think getting Duke in the third is not going to happen but until the draft I'm going to hope he falls to us. He brings play making and return abilities.
4th Round - Anthony Chickillo - DE 6'4" 277 lbs Miami - He is going to start shooting up big boards he has a great motor good power good technique could be a steal in this draft.
5th Round - Jamison Crowder - WR 5'8" 175 lbs Duke - Return specialist and with the right offense could be a real monster in the slot. He is already catching a lot of eyes at the senior bowl his acceleration out of cuts would be great against bigger corners....
6th Round - Josh Shaw - CB/S 6'0" 195 lbs USC - needs to answer some questions about his "heroism" but if he falls to the 6th he would be a great value. Stiff hips but extremely athletic.
7th Round - Johnior Sylvestre - LB 6'0" 222 lbs Toledo - athletic linebacker to fit into the 4-3 scene and should be able to contribute to special teams.
UDFA:
Darren Waller WR 6'5" 232lbs Georgia tech
Aundrey Walker OG 6'5" 300 lbs USC
Depth Chart:

I see our nickle package as our main defense which would have Cully and Johnson playing outside corners and have Brock at the nickle spot.
