This. Luck coming out of high school was a better passer than Jones.

I think Jones would have ended up being a mid-first rounder if he came out this year. This draft is so horrific with QB prospects and there are so many teams with QB needs. I think a team like the Texans would be willing to redshirt him for a whole year just to get a guy with huge upside in position to start in 2016.
