I saw he had a 7th-FA round projection on CBS and I said there is no way. I believe he'll be moving on up shortly.

Would be a nice fit to bring some speed to the 49ers. Thought he should have been used more at Ohio State
We need a big body deep threat Wideout
We need a big body deep threat Wideout. So I would have to say no on this guy

The guy to watch out for in the draft is Devin Smith. Media guys are going to be slow to catch up on him, but he is going to shoot up draft boards. He is bigger than Rashad Greene and faster. Ohio State should have used him better.

Smith has the type of speed that will match Phillip Dorsett at the Combine.

Flattering comparison.
If this guy can beat press coverage, he is perfect for us.

The only official numbers I could find are their 100 meter times from 2011 and 2014.

Devin Smith 100m May 2011: 10,56 sec

Phillip Dorsett 100m May 2014: 10,58 sec

Both are very fast on the field.

Edit: Reportedly Dorsett runs a 4,29 40 Yard Dash (according to UM his fastest is a 4,21 last summer) and Smith runs a 4,32 40 Yard Dash.

He's becoming my draft crush. Just line this guy up, insure he has a free release off the LOS, use Vernon Davis opposite of him, and let the running backs, Anquan Boldin, and Stevie Johnson work underneath routes one on one. If one tackle is broken, look out. If Kap hits Dorsett with the deep ball, touchdown.
