I think Johnson makes the roster. Everything else looks about right.

I think the 49ers are going to keep Dontae Johnson on the 53 man roster if he can play special teams and be groomed as a press corner. I think they learned their lesson last year with Marcus Cooper, not sure about Kenneth Acker, unless he shows he can also excel at special teams and beats out Ventrone or Spillman, but they may try and sneak him onto the practice squad.
Why?
Perrish Cox and Eric Wright can bet cut and there is a high chance that they will not be picked up. See Perrish Cox last year, cut and resigned and started for 49ers during the playoffs.
7th rounder Kaleb Ramsey is old 24, and injury prone. Not sure many teams want that type of baggage on their team. I think the 49ers stash him on the Pratice Squad, if they feel he has the ability to contribute next year and take the place of Glenn Dorsey. If doesn't clear waivers, big deal he was a 7th rounder.
5th rounder Aaron Lynch is in a bind, at the loaded OLB spot. If he shows something, I wouldn't be surprised to see a trade of Dan Skuta for a late round pick ala the Cam Johnson trade last year to the Colts for a 7th rounder.
I think the 1st 5 healthy picks of the 49ers make the team.
1st) Jimmie Ward S/CB
2nd) Carlos Hyde RB
3rd) Marcus Martin C
3rd) Chris Borland ILB
4th) Bruce Ellington WR
The great thing is that the 49ers are going to get a look at 9 healthy drafted players and see if they can make the cut. Iron sharpens iron!

How about Aaron Lynch? This guys has the talent.
I suspect he gets on the PUP list like Lawrence Okoye last year and takes the spot of Dan Skuta or Michael Wilhoite who are free agents next year.

Yeah, I can see Lynch as a dark horse.

Johnson and Lynch better make the team. Otherwise, why in the hell were we trading back? We could have used those pick to trade up and get another CB or WR who would make the team. When we traded back we should have demanded 2015 picks if we didn't see players later we knew would probably make the team we could draft with those picks or instead traded our later picks to move up and get better players.
