I think we will keep the majority of our picks now due to our horrible off the field troubles. I'm not doing trades but for the record if I was, I'd trade up mid way through the first for Beckham jr. I actually hope that happens. My picks may take a little wheeling and dealing but we do a lot of that so it's not out of the question.
1. Darqueze Denard - Mich St. cb - I've read he may slip into the 20s so this would be the guy to make a small move for and land a starter from day 1.
2. Deone Bucannon - Wash St. Ss - a good replacement for Whitner.
2. Matavious Bryant - Clemson - Wr - could end up being very special, tall fast good hands.
3. Jeremiah Attaocho - Georgia Tech - Olb - The Aldon Smith effect,
3. Stanley Jean-Baptiste - Nebraska - cb -
3. Dri Archer - Kent State - wr/rb/kr - the new full time kick and punt returner big play specialist.
4. Bryan Stork - FSU - C - good center prospect
5. James Wilder Jr. - FSU - RB - we seem to have better luck with powerful guys, James is big powerful running back.
7. Max Bullough - Mich St. - ILB - I really love this guy, he could be a great backup and special teamer.
7. Aaron Colvin - Oklahoma - cb - injured player we are bound to draft one.
7. Logan Thomas - Virginia Tech - Qb - project qb for Harbaugh to groom.

It's hard to do a mock when you don't know how many of our players will be in prison or suspended.

Well, I think we can rule out trading up in the draft at this point. Need 2 CB, 2 WR, and OLB, a Backup QB, an interior lineman, an ILB, a 3rd TE/ FB and a backup S.

Attaocho won't be there at that spot, doubt Colvin would either. I don't see why you went Dennard than SJB. If that were to happen, we'd have no one to play slot CB. Think you should have targeted a more fluid, quick slot CB instead of SJB.

I disagree. We need WRs and CBs, and maybe a backup S. But QB isn't a pressing need, neither is TE or FB (and one could be found as an UDFA). We have Wilhoite and Moody to cover for Bowman til he's back. A 5th ILB would make him expendable once Bowman returns. Do we really need another interior lineman when we have Looney who hasn't even suited up because of our depth and still have Snyder and Seymour. Another G is just a luxury we could have. And OLB is debatable depending on what plays out with Aldon. We still have Skuta and Lemonier (a 3rd rounder last year). We could take a guy late, like Cam Johnson a couple years ago, if need arises.

Not the sexiest mock I've seen but would be a very solid draft. Denmark and Baptists aren't the most athletic but can be very good dbs.

Sorry
This is a very bad mock
The bad news we're getting about our players does not effect our draft, for some reason people are not thinking about the young talent we already have. As much as I like A. Smith we can win without him
A couple of cb's and wr's a nice safety to groom for a couple of years and the sb window is wide open again

I like the names you have mentioned just not in those spots. Bucannon is a good player, but not a need this year. JA will not be there in the 3rd. I think we need to take advantage of the WR depth and draft a couple.

I hope Dennard falls. I too have been reading reports and mocks that have him falling to us at #30.

you must be crazy if you think our players possibly getting locked up or suspended doesnt effect our draft. I did draft a couple of cbs,wr, and a safety to groom. lol. But thanks for the opinion.

I honestly think we have two guys currently on the team in Brock and Cox that are very good at slot work.. Looking back instead of taking Baptiste I should of taken a more shifty CB though.
