Pretty confident CB Kyle Fuller is our 1st round pick !!

I wonder though with Baalke's track record of drafting/finding quality CB talent if he'll actually use a 1st rounder on one. And this is coming from someone who is a huge fan of Fuller AND who mocked Lamarcus Joyner (as in, I had us taking him in my mock draft) in the first round just last week!
I guess who would you rather have:

1st round: Safety Dixon, Pryer or Joyner
2nd round: Roby, S. Jean-Baptiste, Purifoy, Watkins

or

1st: Fuller, Verrett
2nd: Bucannon, Dixon or Ward

There's also the possibility that they can also go WR in the 1st or 2nd, but recall that have another 2nd rounder and from doing the draft simulation there is going to be a quality WR left at the end of the 2nd round when the 49ers pick.
hmmm....i likes what i sees.

I would go Fuller in the first and a wr in the 2nd (Jordan Matthews, Martavius Bryant, Jarvis Landry, or Jered Addrederis).
We could do a lot worse than Fuller with our 1st rd pick.
Fuller is my cb draft crush
i like the kid and wouldn't mind taking him. also like his teammate, Antone Exum, who could be had in the later rounds.

I really wanted to like Exum, but the way he plays scares me. He stands flat-footed and lets guys run at him, then either tries to get physical with them or he plays catch up as they run by him. It's bizarre.

i see him transitioning to safety in the pros. he's very physical and it could play better for his style of play if he's marked as the enforcer.

He'll still need a lot of technique work, but safety does seem to be a more natural role for Exum.

you're absolutely right about his technique, but having Donatell is a huge plus
I'd love it if we landed a top CB to strengthen our defensive backfield, cant wait for the draft
I THINK ANOTHER MOVE UP IS ON THE HORIZON. NINERS ARE TARGETING MIKE EVANS OR JUSTIN GILBERT.
I've been on this kids bandwagon since the 1st game of the year.

Always amusing to me when all the "experts" suddenly say a kid is a 1st rounder after the combine, when it was his play during the season that was really what was impressive.
I think he can be had in the 2nd
His projections are all over the place.
I've seen from late 1st to late 2nd
I'm hoping he lasts to our 2nd (mock 2.0) lol
