Just to be clear I was trying to lampoon the story. Clowney should go #1 overall. I don't care how QB needy a team is. Clowney is a special special kid. But I'd be happy as a pig in poop to watch his draft stock fall.

I dont care what any dumb a$$ analysts try to create, Clowney will be a top 3 pick. His stock may fall during the season but the second that dude runs a 40 and shows how much of an athletic freak he is, it wont matter what this years stats were.
Bridgewater is definitely going #1 though.

You gotta be crazy to consider him falling to no. 32. I can see him drop a little but he is still a top 10-15 pick. If he falls to 18, we can trade up and grab him. Imagine tomsula working his magic with clowney

It's messed up right now, Clowney is still a top 10 guy.
You have Teddy, Clowney, the Tackles like A&M's Matthews, Michigan's Lewan, Bama's Kouandijo, WRs Lee and Watkins, OLBs like Hubbard and Barr, then DL like Tuitt and Nix. And One top notch OG David Yankey from Stanford.
Tajh Boyd could fine his way into the top 15 picture with a good season going forward.
Yep, time for a change, Boldin now is my fav WR.

Yeah, surprised you needed to point that out. Irony not a strong point sometimes round these parts.

That's because they keep showing clips of him taking plays off. Every DL does it. He's just under the microscope and that's how the media is spinning it right now. He's still dominant and physically more gifted that most of the top DEs in the NFL.

Tomsula could still coach him up. Plus he could line up as a de on nickle packages

Not over a franchise QB. You NEVER take any position over someone that is a true franchise QB and that's exactly what Bridgewater represents. I don't see Jacksonville or Oakland passing up on Teddy Bridgewater, who looks like the black version of Andrew Luck, to take a defensive lineman.

Long season ahead with lots of surprises.
Injuries, arrests, and who know what are in the mix.
IMO, he'll be in the top 10.

Clowney is going to need surgery on his foot after the season.
Surgery later for Jadeveon Clowney
"Clowney said following South Carolina's 35-25 win over Vanderbilt that he plans to have surgery on his ailing foot at the end of the season."
"I'm going to get it cleaned out after the season's over with," Clowney told the Spartanburg (S.C.) Herald Journal on Saturday.
This isn't the first time Clowney has been hampered by a foot injury, he missed a game last season because of pain in his right foot.
