Too talented to drop. Talent trumps all and he's loaded with athletic ability.
He had 1 tackle today, what a joke. He is taking off way too much plays on the field. It almost looks like he doesn't want to play, he's just going through the motions. No effort, too much of a diva IMO.

Clowney might fall all the way to the fourth pick, but he will not get past the Giants--no matter what happens.

This - especially the way the Giants have been playing.
Or the Rams if they do end up with 2 Top 5 picks.

SC DE nipped for speeding again …

South Carolina junior DE Jadevon Clowney, one of the top prospects overall for this year's draft, was stopped by local police for driving well above the speed limit for the second time this month. According to the AP, Clowney was clocked driving at almost 85 MPH on an interstate close to the South Carolina campus for which the speed limit is 55. Clowney had been pulled over for driving at a speed of 110 mph in a 70 mph zone earlier this month. This probably isn't going to have much impact on Clowney's ultimate draft grade, although it's also not going to help.

.....even after his second speeding ticket. Who knew?

What is with this guy? For all the hype he's gotten for that one hit, he certainly hasn't lived up to it, at least not this year. He gets miserably owned by dominant olines and running backs have torched him on the run. Is he play it safe andbnot really trying that hard so he'll preserve his body for the draft or working out for NFL teams?
He's still going in the top 5.
i love clowney, but idk about this. there was another player named mario williams, that is very very similar to clowney. plus, clowney isn't known for his great work ethic.

If there is no work ethis Baalke will not touch him with a ten foot pole. Talent is one thing, work ethic is another. Baalke wants both or he will not get picked by the Niners, even if he was available to pick.
