As much as I want a top flight FS, D-lineman, and a pass rusher I am starting to feel like the front office will give CK7 everything he needs to be successful.
I see them bolstering the WR/TE position while grabbing a swing T and a big Power Back. I think they will grab a S like Rambo in the 3rd or 4th round and a DT/NT in the 6th or 7th round.
These guys just never seem to do the obvious.

I think JH & TB will use this draft to build around Kaepernick

Your guess is as good as mine.
It's kind of an awesome feeling... I wouldn't be upset if they went offense heavy. I have no idea what they'll do, but whatever it is... I trust them.
I also give them a pass if they f**k up a pick. It happens.
As long as it doesn't become a bad habit.

I also think that there is a probability of the front office picking up a QB in the 3-4th round.

Although I like the sentiment, I don't think that's a good idea and I don't think that's what we'll do.
We're gonna count on CKs skillset to elevate the play of the guys around him--something he's already shown an ability to do.
The only pick I think we go on offense out of our first 3 or 4 picks is if a great TE prospect is available. I can see us adding OL depth at OT in the midrounds, though.
We need depth on the DL and a future S with our top picks.

I am quietly praying that we select Keenan Allen or Robert Woods with one of our first 2 picks. Both players IMO have a floor as an elite number 2 WR and could very reasonably outperform Patterson (they certainly did in college).
I think the 3rd round is the sweetspot for TE with guys like Gavin Escobar, Travis Kelce, and Jordan Reed likely to still be on the board. Any one of those three would be an immediate impact player in our offense.
To think that we could add 2 AWESOME offensive weapons and still have 2 second round picks to draft guys like Johnthan Banks, Jonathan Cyprien, Demontre Moore, Brandon Williams, or Jon Jenkins is a pretty crazy thought

I'm still waiting to see what on earth Baalke was thinking when he drafted A.J. Jenkins. That kid better pan out.

It's hard to imagine Harbaalke being all that comfortable with the free safety depth on this roster so it'll be interesting to see where they grab one. They may believe Robinson or Spillman could step up and if thats the case Trent might try and make his name by trading up for Austin or going after Eifert. Who could both add different dimensions to the offense.

i still think he has a future as a slot receiver. He has the ideal size, shiftiness, speed, and route running to be a productive....

Very creative thinking! I think they will go after a TE and a WR but doubt they will both be high picks. Would love to see Ertz or Eifert in a niner uniform but WR is a position that can wait while Boldin and Crabtree play this year. NT can't wait! But who knows? The fun of draft mania!

No offense for the first four rounds. We got enough weapons on offense. I have faith in RBs'(FG, KH, LMJ, AD, & a project), WRs'(MC & AB(what(!)), KW, MM, AJJ, & a project/rookie or two) & TEs'(VD, Celek(something, I think) & rookie/project). Basically the same roster minus RM but(!) adding AB, I'll take that. On the "D" side, no soap, RJF, maybe even LG, (something) Gooden for depth, on top of that our starter DG is gone too. Also if we can, find a JS replacement. After writing this I'm starting to think all but maaybe two picks should go to the offense(TE & WR). Also this pre-training camp. May the best 53 players make the roster.

I think with boldin and three healthy backs we will not see a hb at all before the 4th and a wr or Te early only if it is bpa.

Help Kaep by improving the defense so he doesn't need 45 points to win a game.

The free agency signings has been mostly defensive players, I think this is going to be more of an offensive draft, at least in the earlier rounds.
