Tyrann Mathieu, Honey Badger

Bold Prediction: He will be a 2nd round pick
I'll take him. whats the worst that could happen?
I wouldn't take him earlier than 4th rd...he's a risk, plain & simple. Didn't play in 2012 because LSU suspended him for drugs (& he was later arrested for it). In 2011 he was a Heisman candidate, but last season was a total wash. What remains TBD is if teams feel he's really a changed man...

Using that logic should we not re sign Crabtree and Aldon? They are risk, both have been in the news for drama as of late.

Can he (the honey badger) play football? If he can help us take him!

What would the honey badger be a risk for exactly, getting high?

Baalke is not adverse to picking smaller players if they can play. Our previous GM, Scott only wanted big guys at RB, Once Baalke took over, they got hunter and james. Since he played in the tough SEC, you know he is not a pansy, he just has/had some character issues or common sense issues that might desuade some. I expect if the niners take him it'll be with the 2nd 2nd rounder or the first 3rd rounder.

Did he have his pro day yet and how did he do?
